zia station llc bought this land from chafet, this shows chafet did not own galisteo road. so zia station llc neither does zia station llc fraudulently claims galisteo road exists only as a right of way easement, or a lot line, or that galisteo road was created via a grant of easement, dedication, or right of way, such as created by §3-20-11, which ownership city can divest, sell, or dispose of through the vacation process of nmsa 1978 § 3-20-11,12, and/or city code § 23-1.2. However, no plat map or any such easement, right of way, or dedication from a private party ever created galisteo road or any right of way or easement for it to the territory, county, or city.
